After gaining experience alongside an established wedding planner, working within the floral industry, and planning her own wedding, Hailey discovered that her greatest passion wasn't simply organizing events—it was creating experiences that evoke emotion and become cherished memories.
In 2022, she transformed that passion into, a boutique planning and design company dedicated to crafting celebrations that are as distinctive as the people at their center.
